The client, a North London property developer, was undertaking a full refurbishment of their office space. Their goal was to modernise the interior design while creating a more inviting and productive environment for staff. While greenery was a priority for the client, live plants weren’t a practical option due to limited access to natural light and the absence of a facilities team to maintain them.
